Our mission? Improving the access to clean and safe water. Smart, sustainable and practical solutions to water issues worldwide, that’s our ambition. Combining science, a focus on result and a professional drive with personal commitment. Together with more than 30 enthusiastic groundwater experts we research and advise. Applicable and socially relevant. Continuous contact with the owners and users of the water is our standard. From villagers to village elder, from citizens to government, from water authority to farmer.

Passion and years of experience are what make Acacia Water a leading supplier of groundwater consultancy services. At home and abroad. We work to provide practical solutions to integrated water management challenges at all scales.

From small to global scale 

We integrate our hydrogeological knowledge with a variety of other disciplines to formulate tailor-made solutions for prevailing problems. We pursue a more sustainable management of land, water and related resources through the coordination of physical boundary conditions, a thoroughly worked out research approach and particular attention for managerial aspects. Innovative solutions are part and parcel of this approach. From household plot to global scale we look for the most appropriate interventions in coordination with governmental institutions, private companies and NGOs.

Dedication and commitment

We are a team of highly committedand enthusiastic groundwater experts with many years of experience. We deploy our knowledge and skills in the pursuance of clean and safe water for all. We are, for example, working on subsurface freshwater storage in the Netherlands and in Bangladesh, mapping solutions to overcome water shortages in Kenya and Ethiopia and installing groundwater monitoring networks in The Netherlands, Bangladesh and Ethiopia.
